This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for purchases made on digitalbayus.com.
1. Digital products (license keys, downloads)
For software license keys and digital downloads, we generally cannot accept returns once a license key has been delivered, activated, or used.
If you receive a defective or non‑working key, or if you cannot activate the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and either provide a replacement key or a refund, at our discretion.
To help us resolve activation issues, we may ask for screenshots or error messages from the software vendor.
2. Physical products (boxed software, hardware, accessories)
Unopened, unused physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged in transit).
3. Incorrect or damaged items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the packaging and product to investigate. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
