REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital distribution, DigitalBay does not offer refunds or exchanges for software products once the activation or license key has been delivered and viewed. All digital license sales are final. A refund may only be requested if the activation/license key has not been accessed or retrieved from our system. Once the key has been viewed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. We strongly encourage all customers to verify software compatibility with their systems before retrieving the activation key. For physical products such as computer peripherals, boxed software (with installation media), tablets, computers, printers, or similar items, a refund may be issued only if the product packaging remains unopened (i.e., the manufacturer's seal is intact), and the refund request is made within 15 days of the original order date. No refunds will be processed for any physical product after 15 days from the date of purchase. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by DigitalBay.Refunds apply only to software products and license keys purchased from DigitalBay; no fees are ever charged for remote technical support or repair, as we do not provide those services.

All prices, promotions, availability, and product details are subject to change, correction, or update at any time without prior notice. On rare occasions, an item may be unavailable, inaccurately described, or mispriced. In such cases, DigitalBay reserves the right to correct any errors and may cancel your order in whole or in part, or contact you for confirmation or further instructions before processing. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

For physical products, delivery is typically completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is processed, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For digital products, including software license keys and downloadable content, delivery is made electronically to the email address or customer account provided at the time of purchase. In most cases, digital orders are fulfilled within a few minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours for processing in certain situations (for example, manual verification or fraud checks).DigitalBay supplies software products and license keys only and does not include remote technical support, troubleshooting, or PC repair services with any purchase.
