REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital distribution, DigitalBay does not offer refunds or exchanges for software products once the activation or license key has been delivered and viewed. All digital license sales are final. A refund may only be requested if the activation/license key has not been accessed or retrieved from our system. Once the key has been viewed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. We strongly encourage all customers to verify software compatibility with their systems before retrieving the activation key. For physical products such as computer peripherals, boxed software (with installation media), tablets, computers, printers, or similar items, a refund may be issued only if the product packaging remains unopened (i.e., the manufacturer's seal is intact), and the refund request is made within 15 days of the original order date. No refunds will be processed for any physical product after 15 days from the date of purchase. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by DigitalBay.

In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors and may either cancel your order or contact you for further instructions before proceeding. For physical products, delivery is typically completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order, depending on your location and selected shipping method. For digital products, including software license keys or downloadable content, delivery will be made electronically to your registered email address or account within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of purchase.
